Kevin E. Sutton, 35, of Waverly, NY passed away on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at home. He was born on March 26, 1980 in Sayre, PA the son of Paul and Mary Louise Hakes Sutton. Kevin was a loving son and a good father. He was a wrestler since age 4 with the Sayre Grapplers. He graduated from Waverly High School in 1998. Kevin enjoyed playing cards and playing pool through high school. He worked for Hancor, Inc., Waverly, NY. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents Kenny and Mae Hakes, paternal grandparents Glenn and Veda Sutton, great-grandfather Robert Dean, uncle Leland Hakes, and cousins Pamela Wright and Cindy Scrivens. Kevin is survived by his son Bryce William Sutton of Waverly, NY, step-daughter Arianna Westover of Waverly, NY, parents Paul and Mary Louise Sutton of Waverly, NY, sister Billieleigh Sutton of Lockwood, NY, brother and sister-in-law Todd and Danielle Sutton of Lockwood, NY, and Patrick Sutton, Sr. of Genevia, NY, nephew William Hunter Irons, and nieces Jaidemarie Faith Sutton, Lydiah Louise Sutton, and Paizley Aurora Sutton and several cousins. Friends and family may call on Monday, December 21, 2015 from 6pm-8pm at the Jay E. Lowery Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 225 South Main Street, Athens, PA. Funeral services will follow at the Funeral Home at 8pm with the Rev. Randy Stilson from Chemung Christian Fellowship officiating. Burial will be in Forrest Home Cemetery, Waverly, NY.
