Barbara A. "Bobbi" Northrup, 80, of Sayre, PA passed away on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at the Athens Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. She was born on August 31, 1935 in Sayre, PA the daughter of the late Gersley and Ruby Kinney Wolcott. Bobbi worked in various sewing factories in the area and retired from HADCO in 1996. She was an avid Bingo player. She is predeceased by her husband Duane Northrup in 1977, her son Jeffrey Duane Northrup in 2014, and three brothers Gersley "Bud", Gerald, and E. Patrick Wolcott. Bobbi is survived by her children Raymond and Shelley Northrup of Sayre, PA, Karen Wandell of Sayre, PA, Daniel Northrup of Athens, PA, Glenn and Jeanne Northrup of Athens, PA, Kathleen and Jon Brown of Athens, PA, and Jon and Patricia Northrup of Sayre, PA, 18 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Ronald and Alberta Wolcott of Chemung, NY, and her sister and best friend Shirley Dildine of Athens, PA. A Graveside Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 11am at Tioga Point Cemetery, 803 North Main Street, Athens, PA with the Rev. Linda Rogers officiating. Burial will be in Tioga Point Cemetery, Athens, PA.
