Randy D. Kinner, 49, of Athens, PA, passed away on September 19, 2012 at home. He was born on March 5, 1963 in Sayre, PA the son of Ronald and Genevieve "Ginger" Blackley Kinner. Randy owned and operated Randy’s Greenhouse alongside his wife, Tammy. He loved spending time with his family, especially his nieces and nephews. Randy enjoyed hunting, sports, and loved reading country and western books. He enjoyed spending time outdoors during the spring and fall riding 4-Wheelers. He was preceded in death by his father Ronald Kinner. Randy is survived by his wife Tammy of 26 years at home, mother Genevieve "Ginger" Kinner of Athens, PA, siblings Rhonda Kinner of Athens, PA, Robin (Michael) Pane of Athens, PA, Ronica (Stanley) Sobiech of Yelm, WA, father and mother-in-law Karl and Naomie Wiles of Sayre, PA, brothers-in-law Karl Wiles, Jr., of Waverly, NY and Stephen Wiles of Sayre, PA, sisters-in-law Rose Wiles of Sayre, PA and Jackie Wiles of Sayre, PA, nieces and nephews Dannielle Kinner, Jonathan and Rachel Sobiech, Brandon, Kyle, Nicholas Pane, Jeremy Corbin and Natasha, Nathan, Luke, Keagan, Stephen, Alexis, and Dakota Wiles. Friends and Family may call on Friday, September 21, 2012 from 1pm to 3pm at Jay E. Lowery Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 225 South Main Street, Athens, PA. Funeral Services will follow at the Funeral Home at 3pm with the Rev. Linda Rogers officiating. Burial will be in the Tioga Point Cemetery, Athens, PA.
