Nancy M. Finch, 67, of Athens, passed away on Friday, October 12, 2012 at home following an extended illness. She was born on June 17, 1945 in Tunkhannock, PA the daughter of the late Frank E. and Esther Gillmer Mosier. Nancy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved spending time outdoors, especially in the summer tending to her flowers and yard. Nancy enjoyed playing cards, and games of all kinds, going to the casinos, loved all kinds of animals, but most of all enjoyed spending time with her family. She is predeceased by her first husband John H. Hillyard and her sister Vivian Morrell. Nancy is survived by her husband of 22 years Everett at home, children Brenda Beers of Towanda, PA, John (Lynette) Hillyard, Jr. of Warren Center, PA, Robert (Patricia) Hillyard of Lockwood, NY, Scott (Jackie) Hillyard of New Albany, PA and Loretta Vargason of Sayre, Pa, several grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren, Frank E. "Ed" Mosier Jr. of Rome, PA, June R. (Jim) Victory of Rome, PA, Malcolm C. (Peggy) Mosier of North Rome, PA, William D. (Diane) Mosier of Rome, PA, Weston W. (Barbara) Mosier of Warren Center, PA, Charles F. (Michelle) Mosier of Syracuse, NY, Keith L. (Maryanne) Mosier of Rome Twp., PA, Dennis D. Mosier of Rome, PA, and Leon W. (Holli) Mosier of Rome Twp., PA, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. At Nancy’s request there will be no calling hours or services. The family is being assisted by Jay E.
