Frances J. Vough, 91, of Sayre, PA, formerly of Dushore, PA, passed away on December 7, 2012 at Robert Packer Hospital following a period of declining health. She was born January 17, 1921 in Liberty, PA the daughter of the late Herbert and Josephine Wiseski Werline. Frances was an active member of St. Paul’s Church in Overton, PA. She was very interested in crafts and belonged to a group that made quilts for those in need. She worked alongside her husband, David, on the Vough Family Potato Farm in Forks Twp. She is predeceased by her first husband Floyd Reed, second husband David Vough, sister Greta Lamonski, and step-daughters Evely Higley and Jeanette Rohe. Frances is survived by her son Robert Reed of Sayre, PA, stepsons Harvey Vough of Forks Twp. and Victor (Donna) Vough of Athens, PA, numerous step-grandchildren, brother Stanley Werline of Crane, TX, sisters Margaret Roskowski of Williamsport, PA and Anna Trip of Williamsport, PA, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Family and friends may call on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 from 12pm – 1pm at St. Paul’s Church, Overton Road, Overton, PA. Funeral Services will follow at the Church at 1pm with the Rev. Ron Dyer officiating. Burial will be in East Forks Union Cemetery.
