Elaine M. Chilson, 64, of Litchfield, PA passed away on Monday, March 4, 2013 at home with her family by her side after losing her brave fight with ovarian cancer. She was born on April 12, 1948 in Corning, NY the daughter of the late George L. and Shirley L. Miller Gee. Elaine was a very special mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She will be missed by all those who knew and loved her as she touched many lives. She enjoyed playing cards and going to bingo. Elaine really loved playing with the grandkids, especially in the Bounce Houses. She loved cooking and attending the flea markets. She is predeceased by her brother William Gee. Elaine is survived by her husband of 32 years Clyde L. Chilson, children and their spouses April and Larry Kithcart of Towanda, PA and James and Donna Alexander of Rome, PA, stepchildren Carla Chilson of NC, Janet Chilson of Towanda, PA, Stacy Chilson of Towanda, PA, and Donna Chilson of NC, grandchildren Nicole Kithcart, Danielle (James) Kithcart-Kobbe, Amanda Kithcart, Larry Kithcart II, Hunter Alexander, and Dustin Walter, great-grandchildren Dayton Kobbe, Derek Kobbe, Sophia Kobbe, and she was so looking forward to the newest addition Carter Kobbe, siblings Mary Suzuki of Hayward, CA, Georgia (Vernon) Clark of Elmira, NY, Leon (Barb) Gee of Elmira, NY, Faith Masciole-Buchanan of Elmira, NY, Mona Gee of Elmira, NY George Gee of Elmira, NY, and Kitty Gee-Shaw of Nashville, TN, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday March 9, 2013 at 11am at the Jay E. Lowery Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 225 South Main Street, Athens, PA with the Rev.
