Yvonne M. Davis, 52, of Waverly, NY, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 17, 2013 at Robert Packer Hospital with her family by her side. She was born on February 21, 1961 in Sayre, PA, the daughter of the late Rodney A. and Joanne M. Hill Spencer. Yvonne was a faithful member of the Talmadge Hill Gospel Chapel. She was a former L.P.N. at the Bradford County Manor. Yvonne loved to complete Suduko puzzles, and she enjoyed country music and going to the craft fairs at Athens Twp. Volunteer Fire Company and the Arts Fest. She loved to pass the time with her many friends and she loved her dogs and cats. She will be missed by all those that knew and loved her as she touched so many with her positive attitude and beautiful smile. She is predeceased by her maternal grandparents Robert G. and Eva Hill, paternal grandparents George and Evelyn Spencer, and cousin Ron Fassett, Jr. Yvonne is survived by her beloved husband of 24 years Bernard "Bernie" at home, aunt and her husband Roberta and Ron Fassett, Sr. of Sayre, PA, cousin and his wife Robert G. and Deanna Fravel Fassett of Waverly, NY, and all her family and friends of the Talmadge Hill Gospel Chapel. Friends and family may call on Thursday, March 21, 2013 from 1pm – 3pm at the Jay E. Lowery Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 225 South Main Street, Athens, PA. Funeral Services will follow at the funeral home at 3pm with the Rev. Frank Wasielewski and the Rev. Charles Wasielewski co-officiating. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Waverly, NY.
