Elizabeth M. Grant, of South Waverly, PA passed away on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on August 15, 1957 in Philadelphia, PA the daughter of Thomas J. and Eileen M. McKendrick Carry. Elizabeth was a graduate of the Little Flower Catholic High School Class of 1975. She was a member and former firefighter with the Howard Elmer Hose Company of Sayre, PA. She was employed at various hospitals as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She is predeceased by her father Thomas J. Carry, and brother Thomas M. Carry. Elizabeth is survived by her husband Andrew Ennis of South Waverly, PA, children Ernest Grant of Ithaca, NY, Charles Grant of Bensalem, PA, Christopher Grant of Bensalem, Pa, Nathan Ennis of Sayre, PA, Angel Ennis of Sayre, PA and Tabitha Ennis of Binghamton, NY, grandchildren Hayllie, Aidan, Braydon, Carter, Zachary, Thomas James, Paige, and Taylor, mother Eileen Carry, siblings Cathrine of San Diego, CA, Eileen of Daytona Beach, FL, Margaret of Philadelphia, PA, Veronica of Claremont, FL, John of Daytona Beach, FL, Donna of Huntingdon Valley, PA, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. The family is being assisted by Jay E. Lowery Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Athens, PA. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
