Dawn M. Walter, 74, of Sayre, PA passed away on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at Highlands Care Center, LaPorte, PA. She was born on March 24, 1937 in Sayre, PA the daughter of the late James W. and Catherine E. Hill Alexander, Sr. Dawn was a 1955 graduate of Athens Area High School and worked as a Receptionist at the Robert Packer Hospital, before retiring in 2003. Dawn is survived by her sons Matthew H. (Melody) Norton of Great Falls, MT and Eugene J. Norton of Sayre, PA, grandchildren Ronnie Jacoby of Spokane, WA, Heather (Mike) Irvine of Missoula, MT, and Matthew (Katie) Norton of Butte, MT, 4 great-grandchildren, sisters Nancy Rogers and Phyllis Saunders, brother James Alexander, and several nieces and nephews. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Tioga Point Cemetery at the convenience of the family. The family is being assisted by Jay E.
