Marlene Morgan, 73, of Sayre, PA passed away on Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at Robert Packer Hospital following an extended illness. She was born on September 9, 1940, in Peekskill, NY the daughter of the late Leo and Adele Lent Broniszewski. Marlene was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed video games with her 3DS and WII, crafting, macramé, crocheting, designing silk flower arrangements, painting, and decorating her home. Marlene and her husband, Terry worked together in their consulting business for over 33 years. She was a member of the Sayre Rotary Club. She is predeceased by her grandson Joshua Morgan and her brother Fr. Leo Broniszewski. Marlene is survived by her beloved husband of 49 years Terry at home, daughter Joellyn P. Morgan of Sayre, PA, grandchildren Jacob Morgan, Lacie Morgan, and Elijah Morgan. A Celebration of Marlene’s life will be held on Sunday, September 15, 2013 from 4pm – 7pm at Beeman’s Family Restaurant, 1356 Elmira St, Sayre, PA, where they would have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on February 21, 2014.
