Rachel F. Boose, 53, of Columbia Crossroads, PA passed away on Friday, December 20, 2013 at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre following an extended illness. She was born March 30, 1960 in Kentucky the daughter of Tinia Wolfe. Rachel was a wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a very active mother with the Foster Care Program in Bradford County. Rachel enjoyed scrap booking. She is predeceased by her step-father Albert Wolfe, sister Tinia Murray, and brother Ricky Wolfe. Rachel is survived by her companion of 33 years Leslie Jennings at home, children Tracy Boose of Columbia Cross Roads, PA, Teresa Morris of Columbia Cross Roads, PA, Dorothy Wolfe of East Paradise, PA, Nancy Wolfe of East Paradise, PA, Tyesha Wolfe of Columbia Cross Roads, PA, and Brittany Wolfe of Columbia Cross Roads, PA, grandchildren Rachel Porter, Jarrett Miller, Jasper Miller, Keyshon Porter, Cheyanne Shires, and Jordan Miller, siblings and their spouses Judy and David Kohler, Alger and Kim Melton, Barbara Melton and Troy, Jimmy and Danielle Melton, Roger and Janice Melton, Jackie and Rodney Berry, Sharon Wolfe, Roger Wolfe, and Barry Wolfe, mother Tinia Wolfe of Columbia Cross Roads, PA., several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
