Phyllis E. Campbell, 60, of Sayre, PA passed away on Sunday, August 28, 2011 at Robert Packer Hospital following a brief illness. She was born on November 13, 1950 in Sayre, PA, the daughter of the late Donald F. Kelly and Laura L. Carr Hiam. Phyllis was a member of the Epiphany Church, and a Volunteer with the American Red Cross. She enjoyed cooking and catering many events, crocheting and knitting. She is predeceased by her daughter Robyn R. Kelly and sister Barbara A. Giese. Phyllis is survived by children David and Melanie Wiles of Clayton, NC, Carrie A. and Philip Thayer of Wake Forrest, NC, and Matthew and Heidi Wiles of Milan, PA, grandchildren Amanda Wiles, Keaton Wiles, Meghan Wiles, and Caeden Thayer, brother Leo P. Kelly of Windham, PA, special friend Tom Freeborn, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Jay E. Lowery Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. are assisting the family. Burial will be in Tioga Point Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
