James and Family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this sad time. I work at Elderwood and every time James comes to deliver equipment I get to pick on "the kid". My heart breaks for you all....many prayers being sent your way!!!!

Words cannot express how sorry I am for the loss of your son especially at such a young age. Ever since I left the First Baptist Church of Waverly a year ago, I have been attending Memorial Park Baptist Church in Vestal and our church has been actively praying for you since we heard about Carter's illness. We continue to pray for you during this time now that Carter has gone to be with The Lord. I know that no amount of words will heal the hurt and sorrow you must feel, but my prayer is that God will give you strength during this difficult time.

Brittany, James, Alayna and family: It was is with heartfelt sympathy and sadness to hear about Carter. He was such a sweetheart and I will truly miss him and was very fortunate in getting to care for him in the short time I was able. You all are such wonderful people and I can only imagine what you are going through. I have followed your journey with Carter's illness and have cried with you many times and celebrated with you too for all the victories and successes you experienced. My heart breaks for all of you and I truly wish there was something that could alleviate at least some of the hurt. Brittany, James, & Alayna,
Words can't express the hurt I feel for you, but with the love and guidance from family & friends you will get through the days ahead. I love you all more than you know and I'm so extremely sorry for your loss. Carter touched the lives of all who knew him. The bright eyes and gorgeous smile he always had will forever be imbedded in my mind. He truly is a handsome little guy and he is more than blessed to have you guys as his mommy and daddy.
