Phillip L. Coolbaugh, 83, of Waverly, NY passed away on Monday, September 8, 2014 at Elcor Nursing Home. He was born on August 28, 1931 in Little Meadows, PA the son of the late Guy and Rena Rogers Coolbaugh. Phillip was a Carpenter and owned Coolbaugh Construction Business. He enjoyed woodworking, gardening, and working in his yard. He is predeceased by his wife Nancy Coolbaugh in 2011, sons Phillip and Edward, daughters Linda and Mary, 2 sisters, and 2 brothers. Phillip is survived by his children Jean and David Lorenti of CT, Ann Vough of Nichols, NY, and Michelle and Randy Lee of Gillett, PA, 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at 1pm at Bradford County Memorial Park, Route 6, Luthers Mills, PA with the Rev. Anne Bey Canfield of the Waverly United Methodist Church officiating.
