Carrol E. "Moose" Morris, 73, of Athens, PA passed away at his home on Saturday, October 4, 2014. He was born on August 1, 1941 in Sayre, PA, the son of Donald and Leola Callear Morris Carrol was employed at Eastman Kodak for many years. He was a diehard Jeff Gordon and NASCAR fan. Carrol enjoyed hunting and nature. Carrol also liked watching the Buffalo Bills, spending time with his cat, and spending time with his friends and family. He is predeceased by his father Donald Morris and his wife Constance Morris. Carrol is survived by his children Elizabeth Slack of Tucson, AZ, Dennis Morris of Fairport, NY, and Carolyn Kelly of Rochester, NY; grandchildren Angela Cascini of Hamlin, NY and Derek Slack of Tucson, AZ, and great-grandchild Jordan Brongo, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Friends and family may call on Saturday, October 11, 2014 from 12pm-2pm at the Jay E. Lowery Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 225 South Main Street, Athens, PA. A Memorial service will follow at 2pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in Lake View Cemetery, Brockport, NY at the convenience of the family.
