My name is Kate Sweeney. I met your Dad while he was working at Hardinge. He was very well liked and respected by his co workers. My company, Kates Klean Co. provided the janitorial service for that facility. He befriended my employees and treated them as if he had known them forever. When he moved on from his position at Hardinge, he came to work for me. We were so fortunate to have him on board with us. Because he was so well liked within our company, all the crews at KKC wanted to work with him. He was a hardworking, friendly, salt of the earth kind of guy, serving his country faithfully Every time he mentioned you, he smiled. He loved you very much.
A few months ago he called just to say hi ! I told him we would get together for lunch but we never did. For that, I am very sad.
Please accept my deepest sympathy. He will be missed.
