Thelma B. Kepner, 95, of Athens, PA passed away on Friday, July 17, 2015 at ElderWood Health Care Center, Waverly, NY. She was born on September 25, 1919 in Athens, PA the daughter of the late Francis A. and Alice Parks Dolan. Thelma was a loving wife and mother, who was a stay at home mom taking care of her family and home. She was a member of the Lady Trainman Organization. She worked at Sayre Lingerie for many years and was an avid Bulldog fan. She is predeceased by her husband Charles Kepner, Jr., brothers and sister-in-law Franklin and Jean Dolan, Purl and Joyce Dolan, and Glenn and Anna Dolan. Thelma is survived by her children Judy and Don Nelsen of Downingtown, PA, Thelma “Trigger” Kinsman of Athens, PA, Charles Kepner III of Litchfield, PA, Kay and David Marshall of Danby, NY, Cindy and Joe Scaturro of Lewes, DE, and Linda Furse of Boca, FL, 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. A Private Graveside Service will be held for family. Burial will be in Tioga Point Cemetery, Athens, PA.
