Maureen A. Cahill, 83, of Sayre, PA passed away on Friday, August 28, 2015 at Sayre Health Care Center. She was born on June 5, 1932 in Sayre, PA the daughter of the late James and Genevieve Ladden Cahill. Maureen was employed as a Switchboard Operator at the Guthrie Clinic, prior to retiring. She graduated from Sayre High School. Maureen was a member of the Community Church of Epiphany, Sayre. She is predeceased by her brother Joseph Cahill. Maureen is survived by her sister-in-law Marge Cahill and daughters, many cousins and her dear friend Patricia "Carol" Luther. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at 9:30am at the Community Church of Epiphany, 304 South Elmer Street, Sayre, PA with the Rev. Vincent Langan officiating. Burial will be in St. James Cemetery, Waverly, NY.
