Barthilda A. Mosher Rosenberger, 95, passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at the Bradford County Manor, Troy, PA. She was born November 13, 1921 in Warren Center, PA, the daughter of Arthur and Alice Chaffee Mosher. Barthilda was a stay at home mom who helped Edmund on the family farm. She is preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Alice Mosher, her husband of 65 years Edmund Rosenberger, sons James Edmund and Gordon Charles, and brothers Alfred, Willard, and Everal Mosher. Barthilda will be missed by her children Liz (Larry) Simons of Thomasville, NC, Carol (Richard) Colwell of Nichols, NY, and Al (Carol) Rosenberger of Athens, PA, sisters Iona Betty Green of Towanda, PA, Mary Green of Rome, PA, and Marzetta Trumble of Sayre, PA, brother Wm. Fredrick of Oklahoma City, OK, 17 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Friends and family may call on Sunday, December 4, 2016 from 1pm-2pm at the Jay E. Lowery Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 225 South Main Street, Athens, PA. Funeral services will follow at the funeral home at 2pm.
