Mark Anthony Soper, 61, of Waverly, NY passed away on Monday, March 13, 2017 at Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre. He is predeceased by his mother Ruth Soper, sister, Shirley Hunsinger and brothers, Sonny and Kenny Soper. Mark is survived by his sisters, Edna Fiske, Betty (Bill) Wolcott, Yolonda Soper and Doris (Kenny) Nichols, and his brother, Roger Dale Soper. He is also survived by his longtime companion, Roberta Gorman and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours. The family is being assisted by Jay E. Lowery Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Athens, PA. Burial will be in Tioga Point Cemetery, Athens, PA.
