Roxane Joy Walker, 54, of Sayre, PA, passed away unexpectedly at home on Wednesday, September 6, 2017, following a long battle with numerous health related issues. She was born on October 21, 1962 in Elmira, NY, the daughter of the late Floyd E., Jr. and Geraldine (Morse) Spencer. Roxane's daughters were her whole life, when they were growing up and into adulthood. She was a very loving mom and her focus in life was always about her children. Her grandchildren were the light of her life and meant the world to her. She loved hearing about what they were doing in school, sports, and all their activities. She will be missed by all those who knew and loved her. Roxane is survived by her husband, Roy Hartman of Sayre, PA, beloved daughters and their husbands, Sherrie and Sean Allan of Fort Campbell, KY, Christina and Eddie Coats of Elmira, NY, and beloved daughter Heather Gee of Sayre, PA, her grandchildren she adored, Sean, Jr., Adam, and Logan Allan, Savannah Gleason, Tyelor Garrison, Dominick, Caleb, and Alexis Storms. She is also survived by her brother, Floyd E. Spencer, III and Melody Gleason of Elmira, NY, step-brother, Charles Martone of Elmira, NY, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
