Obituary of Jane L. Krotzer
Jane Louise (Cockcroft)Krotzer 90, of Sayre, passed away at the Bradford County Manor on December 25, 2017, after declining health. Jane was born on May 24, 1927 in Tunkhannock, Pa., the daughter of Tom and Louise(Klein)Cockcroft.
She graduated from Sayre High School in 1945, having played the violin for many school functions. On January 27, 1947, she married Ralph(Bud) Krotzer and together they raised four boys and an assortment of pets over the next 45 years. In addition to being a wife and homemaker, she was employed at Belle Knitting, handled proof reading duties for Murrelle Printing, held a floor sales position for 10 years at Sharpings Shoe store and worked at Sayre Lingerie for 11 years.
Jane was predeceased by her parents,husband Ralph M. Krotzer, brothers: Frank, Harry, Charles Cockcroft and sister Ellen Cockcroft Smith. She is survived by sons: Ralph T Krotzer (Catherine Horvath, partner) of Sayre., Paul K. Krotzer, of Hilliard, Fla.; John P Krotzer of Mansfield PA . and James L. Krotzer (Penny McKean Krotzer, wife) of Barton, NY. She had five grandchildren - Thomas Krotzer of Chesapeake VA; Andrew Krotzer, Virgnia Beach, VA; Amber Rogers, Owego NY; Sam Krotzer, Barton NY; Joel Wandell, Elmira, NY. She had several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Jane requested no calling hours or service.

Jane embraced life to the fullest and was generous and affable to all who knew her. To remember her, one may make a donation to the charity of one's choice or celebrate her life in a way that brings one joy.
