Obituary of Ralph A. Frisina

Ralph A. Frisina, 85, of Sayre, PA. passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at Sayre Health Care Center.

He was born on January 29, 1932 in Meadville, PA, the son of the late Anthony and Ethel (Fucci) Frisina.

Ralph was a proud Veteran of the US Army. He was a Teacher in the Athens Area Schools, prior to his retirement. On Veteran’s Day, November 11, 2017, Ralph was awarded an Appreciation Certificate for his service and dedication to our Country by the Sayre Elks Lodge #1148.

He is predeceased by his wife, Mary Kathryn Frisina in 1996.

Ralph is survived by his daughter, Amy Frisina of Lakeville, MN.

According to Ralph’s wishes, there will be no calling hours or services. The family is being assisted by Jay E. Lowery Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Athens, PA.

Burial will be in Tioga Point Cemetery, Athens, PA.
