Obituary of Lucille Fuller

Lucille "Lucy" Fuller, 86, of Athens, PA passed away at her home on November 19, 2018 following a brief illness.

She was born on October 5, 1932 in Mendez, GA, the daughter of the late James Walton and Ida Mae (Gordon) Roland.

Lucy loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed cooking and one of her favorite past-times was quilting. Lucy was a talented at painting and drawing. She was a woman full of personality, spunky, and flamboyant. Lucy especially loved spending time outside working in her flower gardens. She enjoyed driving around in her van even if she wasn’t going anyplace particular. Lucy will be missed by all those who knew and loved her.

She is predeceased by her beloved husband, Raymond Fuller, sisters, Saranelle Dean, Estelle Stephens, brothers, Odelle Roland, Warnell Roland.

Lucy is survived by her son, Stefan Evans, Sr., grandchildren, Stefan Evans, Jr., Sabrina Evans, Jennie Marie Maughan, Raymond L. Evans, Jonathon Evans, Stefanie Evans, Megan Evans, Anita Evans, and Strawberry Dinse, 20 great-grandchildren, several great-great-grandchildren, sisters, Jerroldine Seaton and Gwenell Gay, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 26, 2018 at 1pm at the Jay E. Lowery Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 225 South Main Street, Athens, PA with Lay Pastor Lee Thompson officiating.

Burial will be at a later date in Orange Hill Cemetery, Athens, PA.
