Obituary of Bonnie J. Raymond

Bonnie J. Raymond, 55, of Athens, PA passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, March 14, 2019 at her home.

She was born on July 17, 1963 in Sayre, PA, the daughter of the late James and Pauline (VanDyke) Hall.

Bonnie loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was enjoyed taking her chances on scratch off tickets and was an avid bingo player. She also enjoyed doing word searches and watching TV, especially Little House on the Prairie and Wrestling. Bonnie was an amazing person with a big heart and will be missed by all those who knew and loved her.

She is predeceased by her husband Guy Raymond and half-sisters Mary and Sylvia.

Bonnie is survived by her children Marjorie Hall of Jacksonville, FL, Rebecca Lane and Darin McKean of Wysox, PA, Michelle Hall and Jimmy Ely, Jr. of Athens, PA, and Shelly Hall of Sayre, PA, grandchildren Preston, Sadie, Damieon, Leon, Jr., James, Destinee, Darin, Jr., Parker, Jordan, Emily, Ashley, Sonny, Jr. Dean, Jr., Destiny, and Marjorie. She is also survived by her sister and brother-in-law Tina and George Dean of Athens, PA, sisters Debbie Grover of Sayre, PA, Joann South of Waverly, NY, Judy Manual of Waverly, NY, and Linda Wright of Waverly, NY, brothers Ricky Hall of Sayre, PA, James Hall, Jr. of Waverly, NY, and Eddie Hall of Waverly, NY, half-brother Harry VanDyke of Wellsburg, NY, half-sister Pat Blankenbiller of Reading, PA, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. The family is being assisted by Jay E. Lowery Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Athens, PA.
