Obituary of Janice L. Burbank
Janice L. (Pickering) Burbank, 61, of Waverly, NY, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Wednesday, April 17, 2019.
She was born on August 21, 1957 in Sayre, PA, the daughter of Earl W. and Arlene O’Neal Pickering.
Janice was employed with Guthrie as a Unit Clerk on the 5th floor. She loved all animals but especially cats.
She is predeceased by her father Earl W. Pickering.
Janice is survived by her mother, Arlene Lamie of Sayre, PA, beloved companion of 21 years, Ben Moseley of Charlottesville, VA and his daughter Sarah Moseley, and several cousins.
At Janice’s request, there will be no calling hours or services. The family is being assisted by Jay E. Lowery Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Athens, PA.
Memorial donations may be made in Janice’s name to the: Animal Care Sanctuary, 353 Sanctuary Hill Lane, Milan, PA 18831 to continue to help and carry on her love of animals.
