My father, Carlton W. Wolfe, Jr. was Edmund's cousin. My dad always spoke with affection about Ed and his family. When I last visited Ed and Elrena in 2012, Ed talked about my dad visiting when they were young teenagers. Ed was understanding of my dad's health problems and he spoke with sympathy. I remember visiting the Wolfe egg farm as a child and was amazed by all the chickens laying eggs in the chicken barns. What an adventure for a young person.
