I will never forget my daddy turning to me just before walking me down the isle at my wedding and with tears rolling down his cheeks saying to me that he couldn't believe that he was giving his daughter away. I told him that he couldn't get rid of me that easily. I love you daddy! I will miss you until I see you again. Happy birthday today in heaven!

My loving thoughts are with you all as you grieve a great man. He was a true friend to all. I remember when we cleaned the Ulster fire hall together and shared many laughs. When he grieved the loss of his first wife, Mini, Lyle and I sat for many days crying together and reminiscing of the many memories he had with her. I will miss my friend dearly.
