Kristina "Krissy" Hooper, 41, of Athens, PA, passed away Thursday, July 5, 2012 at Robert Packer Hospital. She was born on May 17, 1971 in Waverly, NY the daughter of the late Carlyle and Carolyn Wood Hooper. Krissy loved spending time with her niece, nephew, and William’s grandchildren. She enjoyed fishing, hunting with Kevin, cosmetology, socializing with friends, and helping people in need. Kristina is survived by her longtime friend William Turner, his children Mike and Jen Kelly, his grandchildren, Lauren, Grant and Bryce, siblings and in-laws Rhonda Ammerman and Chris Allen, Carlyle and Joanne Hooper, and Kevin Hooper, nephew Alexander and niece Zoe. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at 3pm at the Jay E. Lowery Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 225 South Main Street, Athens, PA with the Rev.
