Charles M. Walter, of Milan, PA, passed away Sunday, July 15, 2012 at home. He was born on March 6, 1935 in Sayre, PA the son of the late Lewis M. and Ruth Wilcox Walter. Charles loved to hunt and fish, and watch NASCAR. He worked at a few different garages in the Valley as a mechanic. He is predeceased by his brother Donald Walter. Charles is survived by his wife of 24 years Diane at home, daughter Beth Ann West of SC, 2 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, brothers James (Judy) Walter of AZ, and Richard (Suellen) Walter of Milan, PA, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friend Stanley Mullen.
