My prayers and thoughts are with the family during this time of mourning. I pray that Jesus will ensure that the Holy Spirit is with each one of you and comfort and protect each one of you.
My cousin was a wonderful person who exhibited love in all she did. She will truly be missed by all, however, the Great Master has welcomed her to her new home, Heaven.
God Bless!!!!

My deepest sympathy to your family.
Laurie was a life long friend - first through high school and then thank goodness FB reconnected us. I passed her smiling face recently and that will be my most cherised memory.
I know she was most proud of her son.. Your Mom was a great person Justin.

My heart still aches of this. I feel for Justin, John, Joan and the rest of her family. I wished there was a way I could take your pain away Justin. I am so sorry that you have to go on with out your Mother. She loved you more than life it's self. You were shinning star, she was and still will be so proud of you and watch you grow into the great, respectful man you will be.
If there is anything that the family may need now or later...please feel free to get in touch with me, a few of you have my information.
May you RIP Laurie and live your new life to the fullest like you did with this one. We will all miss you a great deal and think of you often. You were a great friend and I am so glad you were a part of my life. Love to you and your Family.

I wish everyone could have known the Laurie that served with us. Laurie was the voice of reason, the one that was always accepting and always the sweet one. I feel so blessed that God granted me the chance to reconnect with Laurie, to meet her family and be some kind of comic relief during some of her treatments. I have cried so many tears, but I realize they are tears for all of us that loved Laurie so much; I know that she is with God, she is well and she is happy; everything we have all wanted for her. Laurie has left a beautiful legacy in Justin, her love and joy. Laurie was blessed with a husband that stood by her, a family that adored her and friends that are better people because of her; I prayed for Laurie's healing and God brought the ultimate healing, for her sake, I am grateful. P.S. We will meet you at the picnic table!

Will miss her, always love her, and cherish the memories of our escapades together, whether they were good or bad. Joanie, she always said to me, "My mother is in better health than me, she takes such good care of me!" She lived longer and better because of your love and strength. John and Justin, everytime I ever talked to her, her words were nothing but love and adoration for you both. Justin someday I will tell you some funny stories about your Mom. I would hope you could find comfort in them. Not only was Laurie my friend, she was my Sister!!! I find comfort knowing you all were there at her bedside when she was called to heaven. Love and Prayers. Linda Durizch Pugh
