So sorry to hear of Candace's passing. I have many fond memories of her and I growing up in Milltown, sharing bus rides, and 4H. She always had a smile. Will miss her.

I send my condolences to the family. I did not know Candace but she was my second cousin, her father was my first cousin. He was quite a bit older than me so I did not know him either. I am the youngest daughter of Glenn Sweet who was the brother f Festus. I wish I had known Candace as it seems like I do not know anyone on my fathers side of the family anymore. Please accept my deepest sympathies and prayers for Candace and her family.

To the Preston, Sweet, and Mitchell Family's: I never got to meet Candy but her sister Crystal is a dear friend. She loved Candy so much and was so looking forward to her being transferred to a rehab facility and then back home. It wasn't to be. Candy had such a difficult last few months. I can't remember a day that went by that I didn't say a prayer for her and for all her family members. The most important thing is that when she left all of you she knew how much you loved her. Who could ask for anything more? Candy: rest in peace, secure in the knowledge that even though you are gone you are still dearly loved by all that knew you.
