I am so saddened to hear of the death of Janice. I have known her since the 1960's and found her to be a most lovely lady and always smiling. She was my favorite switchboard operator and I stopped to say hello to her most every day on my way to work.
My thoughts and prayers are with her family and know that she is looking down on everyone with a big smile!
