Dear Hyjek Family,
I am so sorry to have read about Felix's death. I can relate to your loss. Whenever we loose a loved one to death, we feel a sense of desperation because death is an enemy that always wins the battle for life. How thankful we can be for the promises our loving creator, Jehovah God, gives us at John 5:28,29 to reunite us with our lost ones to death. Then to do away with that enemy, death, once and for all and all the sadness it causes (Revelation 21:3,4). Just think, to be with Felix again and to be with him forever. Then all those tears of sorrow will be turned into tears of joy. I do hope these wonderful promises from our loving creator can give some relief and comfort during this difficult time for you.

Felix Hyjek was a valued member of Christian Life Church, especially during the formative years after he moved from Whitehall, NY to support Pastor Gerald Sadler, his friend and mentor. Felix served as a deacon, a small group leader, and was involved in countless remodeling projects at the church. My hope is that he has now had a wonderful reunion with Pastor Sadler in heaven!
