Trish, Allison, Billy, and family,
Such a shock for all of us! Your mother was such a vital member of her church. She did an outstanding job of teaching the little ones about Jesus.
The Lord knows you are hurting-He sees your pain and feels your grief. He will be near to you to comfort you, give you peace, and bring you hope. He loves you and sees each tear you cry, because you matter so much to Him. Thinking of you and praying for you during the difficult time. I leave you with this scripture: "But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him." 1st Corinthians 2:9

Dear Stern Family,
It is so painful to let go of someone that you love as dearly as you have Becky. She not only touched your lives but countless others, and her sweet presence will certainly be missed. As you cherish your precious memories of her please reflect on the words of Jesus at John 5:28,29. In this passage we are assured of the resurrection. What a time that will be when our tears of grief will be transformed into tears of joy! This sure hope was made possible by our loving Heavenly Father Jehovah through the sacrifice of his dear son Jesus Christ (John3:16). May this sure hope bring you a measure of comfort at this difficult time.

Our deepest condolences to Becky's family. Becky was a wonderful teacher and a very special person who gave of herself for others throughout her lifetime. She will live on through the works of all the students she had in school. Athens has lost one of its most valuable educators and community leaders. She will be sorely missed by all. Prayers, condolences and much love to the entire family. Becky was not only the epitome of the word "teacher" but was also the epitome of the words "friend" and "community advocate". She treasured every student, co-worker, friend, and family member. She CARED! I am still trying to come to terms with this loss. She would give freely of her time and remembered each and every person with a cheery, "Hello" every time their paths would cross. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her and leaves a legacy not to be soon forgotten! Although we all question "Why?", God must have needed someone special, and Becky was most certainly a very special woman.
