I have many memories growing up living behind Rachel and Elmer. She would see us swimming in our pool and call out for us to join her in her pool. She was a very kind lady and always so sweet. One particular memory I carry is when my grandparent passed away she watched my sister while we were at the services. She made cookies with my sister and sent them home with her. I till this day still have her recipe in my recipe box. Our deepest sympathy goes out to her family. May she be at peace now she is with her dear Elmer again.

Rachel was our neighbor for many years and was always the sweetest most kind person we ever knew. We can still hear the dinner bell being rung for Elmer to come from whatever he was doing and eat. We loved that. She always welcomed the neighborhood children to her pool on a hot summers day. We wish the family our hugs and prayers and revel in the fact that she is now with her beloved Elmer. God Bless them both.
