John Findon, though the years have passed I still think of you and your athletic accomplishments at AHS. I am sorry that we never did get a chance to meet and reminisce, but that is life - Regrets and Memories. To your family, my condolences and I know you will see us all again!!

Carol Cole and Family: Ted Perry and Family and john Findon’s family, I was shocked and saddend to learn of John Findon’s passing. Please accept my condolences on the loss of John. I hadn’t seen him in a very long time. If I remember correctly we last talked when my dad was in the Hospital before he died in 1991. He was the same guy I grew up with funny, laughing alot and enjoying life. He always found something to laugh about and that’s how I’ll remember him. Pete Parks-

My prayers and condolences go out to the Perry family. John will be missed by so many. I will always remember the many times at the lake, and his larger than life presences. God bless, John.

My brother and I loved going to see Uncle Findon at his house and going fishing and camping at Brenchley Lake. I think all the all cousins did. I remember going to help make his lures...painting them with neon colors... fun stuff! We got to play with our cousins and and Uncle Findon would give us movies to take back to grandpas for the weekend we were there. Oh and Pancho.....I never met a dog with sooo Many names...he loved Uncle John sooo much...why wouldn't he...he cooked for that dog better than anybody who ate in the family...loved it! I met Rambo a few times when my mother and I visited...same bond! It's so hard being away from all the family......our hearts are with you...see you soon.

I remember us all talking after the 72 flood. It was a sad time and we were all devastated and in shock, but trying to hold on and make the best of the situation we were in. After we moved up to Waverly you and your family came to visit and you gave all the kids a bottle of pop and my sone was about 2 or 3 at that time and having his own bottle of pop, he thought he was such a big kid. They all played in the yard and were running around so happy. Thank you for that memory. God Bess you Mr John Perry. RIP
