One of my fondest memories of Patrick was the day our beautiful baby girl was born. He was away at A School for the Navy Seabees and the nurse called at about 4 am their time . When they gave him the news he was half asleep and ran out the door into the wall across the hall head first , knocking himself out cold. When he came to he had photos the nurses had faxed to him and he broke down in happy tears over the bundle of joy our love brought into the world. This memory has always been with Erica and I , True love can be so painful :) .

I am so sorry to read of Patrick's passing. Patrick was a student of mine while he attended the Athens District. He was always prepared for class and was always there to help lead discussions. Patrick was brimming with charm and loved to talk; we shared many stories in and out of class. Patrick was a friend to all and was one of the nicest students I ever had the pleasure to teach. My sincere condolences to Patrick's family; the world has lost someone quite special. May Patrick sleep in the arms of the Lord.

Our hearts are broken, none of us were ready for your sudden death will forever leave us wondering why. Thank you for being such a blessing to everyone you came across in your short 47 years of life. But mostly THANK YOU for unconditionally loving Shannon. You two were amazing together, Jason and I loved every outing or time away we ever had with you two. Its going to be so difficult and different without you here with us. I know that you truly loved Shannon and she was hands down the love of your life, you were always so endearing to her. As her best friend, I thank you for that. Please know that I will continue my antics and wish that you were still here on earth to enjoy them with us, I will miss your sarcasm and mostly your jokes that always brought us so much laughter, Until we can all meet again. In complete shock still over this nightmare...You taught me a different way of thinking...I am so glad you finally did things for yourself in life...You were so proud of your truck with Shannonl by your side to make memories with in it!
