Carol, Bob, Suzanne, my sincere condolences for your loss. Not only did I know your mother as a neighbor in Athens, she was my initial trainer when I started work at the Farmers National Bank. A very wonderful person.

What a great lady Ma was. She made me feel so much at home when I went to see her. She welcomed me just like a member of the family when I went to stay with them.. Ma you will be missed by many!! May God bless you!

You don't need me to tell you what a wonderful woman your mother was. Anyone who knew Virginia will always recall her super personality and caring nature. She truly is a person to be missed! Her sense of humor was notorious, and her laugh so memorable. I remember her vividly running the high school office like she was the commander of a ship. She did a wonderful job in steering that ship too. Sorry Tom and I can't get to the services because we are leaving town to attend my 50th reunion from Penn State. Our thoughts will be with you, and we will always cherish the memory of your mom.

My condolences go out to the family and friends of Mrs. Crowley. When I was a youngster of four or five years old, living next door to her in Milan, she would always say hello to me 'over the fence'. I remember playing with her daughter, Suzie (Suzanne) in our yard. Mrs. Crowley was always kind to me and my parents. She will be missed.

I remember Virginia from when I first started teaching at Athens High School. She was always the linchpin in the main office for both the teachers and students. Always a kind word for everyone and that beautiful smile! She is sorely missed in the Athens schools and the Athens community. May Virginia rest in everlasting peace.

Ma Crowley was a very special person with a contagious laugh and a caring soul. I feel so honored to have been able to be with her these past few years. I loved hearing her stories from the past even if a few were tall tales. Hearing all those wonderful stories made me realize what a fun filled life she had with her family and friends. I will miss her greatly but realize it's time to let her "party party party" with her loved ones up above. Rosy and I love and miss her!!

It’s hard to imagine that I’ll never hear that amazing laugh or get my grandma kisses that even at my age made everything better. Thank you for coming into my life, for all the fun and love and advice I was so lucky to receive from you! I’m so thankful that we got to have you here for so long.
