Rev. Dr. Brian J. Bailey, 87, of Waverly, NY went home to be with his Lord and his wife on Monday, June 11, 2012 at home following an extended illness. He was born on April 6, 1925 in London, England the son of the late Herbert John Richard and Violet Pinner Bailey. Rev. Dr. Bailey was a Minister of the Gospel for over 60 years. He was the President of Zion Fellowship, Waverly, NY and Zion Christian University, Clearwater, FL. He authored 65 books and traveled extensively to over 100 countries, teaching and preaching. He is predeceased by his wife of 35 years Audrey in 1994. Rev. Dr. Bailey is survived by his brother Alan Bailey of London, England, nephews Iain Bailey and Neil Bailey of England, niece Sandra Higgins of England, and his spiritual sons and daughters throughout the world. Friends and family may call on Saturday, June 16, 2012 from 4pm to 8pm and Sunday, June 17, 2012 from 9am to 10:15am at the Zion Chapel, 54 County Rt. 60, Waverly, NY.
